What You’ll Do
- →Oversee daily MEP operations across active data center construction projects
- →Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades through project milestones
- →Manage subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to critical system specifications
- →Lead quality control inspections for power distribution and cooling systems
- →Drive schedule compliance and resolve field coordination issues
Requirements
- ✓3+ years superintendent experience in commercial construction
- ✓Background in data center, healthcare, or other mission-critical facilities
- ✓Strong knowledge of MEP systems and installation sequences
- ✓Ability to read and interpret complex electrical and mechanical drawings
- ✓Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractor relationships
