About This Role
Join a specialty contractor focused on critical systems and data center infrastructure projects. This team delivers complex mechanical and electrical installations for mission-critical facilities across the Bay Area.
What You’ll Do
- →Oversee daily field operations and coordinate trade activities across data center projects
- →Manage project schedules and ensure milestone delivery for critical infrastructure installations
- →Lead safety protocols and maintain compliance with data center operational requirements
- →Coordinate with commissioning teams during startup and testing phases
- →Direct subcontractor performance and resolve field conflicts in real-time
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of superintendent experience in data center or mission-critical construction
- ✓Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in data center environments
- ✓Experience with raised floor systems, cooling infrastructure, and power distribution
- ✓Current OSHA 30 certification required
- ✓Must have US work authorization
