What You’ll Do
- →Manage installation and commissioning of chilled water systems, cooling towers, and pumping equipment for data center facilities
- →Coordinate mechanical trades across technology water package scope including piping, equipment rigging, and system testing
- →Lead quality control inspections and startup procedures for mission-critical cooling infrastructure
- →Interface with design teams and commissioning agents to resolve technical issues during construction
- →Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure schedule adherence and safety compliance
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of mechanical construction supervision experience in commercial or industrial projects
- ✓Previous experience with chilled water systems, cooling towers, or large-scale mechanical equipment
- ✓Data center or mission-critical facility construction background preferred
- ✓Ability to read mechanical drawings and coordinate multi-trade installations
- ✓Strong leadership skills with experience managing field crews and subcontractors
