What You’ll Do
- →Supervise daily field operations and coordinate trade activities on active data center construction sites
- →Manage quality control inspections and ensure all work meets strict data center standards
- →Lead safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance across all construction phases
- →Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain schedule milestones
- →Oversee material delivery, equipment staging, and site logistics coordination
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of construction superintendent experience, preferably in data centers or critical facilities
- ✓Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems installation processes
- ✓Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractor coordination
- ✓OSHA 30 certification required
- ✓Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
