About the Opportunity:
I’m hiring on behalf of a reputable and growing electrical contractor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The company delivers a wide range of public and private sector infrastructure projects across the region — including street lighting, traffic signals, EV charging stations, pump & lift stations, and water treatment plants.

They’re looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their team and take on a mix of technical, field, and project management responsibilities. It’s a great role for someone who wants to work across a variety of essential infrastructure projects with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support design, layout, and coordination of electrical systems for infrastructure projects

  • Prepare and review plans, submittals, RFIs, and as-built drawings

  • Assist with estimating, procurement, and material takeoffs

  • Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning

  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, field crews, and public agencies

  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with NEC and other applicable codes

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial or construction-related electrical engineering

  • Strong understanding of public works standards and electrical codes

  • Comfortable working both in the field and in the office

  • Experience with pump stations, water/wastewater treatment plants, or EV infrastructure is a plus
