What You’ll Do
- →Manage end-to-end delivery of electrical scopes on public works projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and owner reporting
- →Coordinate with public agency clients, design teams, inspectors, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
- →Monitor project costs against budget and prepare regular financial forecasts and progress reports
- →Oversee subcontractor work plans, submittals, RFIs, and change order management
- →Ensure compliance with public contract requirements, prevailing wage rules, and applicable codes
- →Identify project risks early and drive resolution to maintain schedule and quality commitments
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of project management experience on electrical construction projects
- ✓Demonstrated experience on public works or government-funded construction
- ✓Proficiency managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor scope simultaneously
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills for owner-facing reporting and meetings
- ✓Familiarity with public contract documents, RFI/submittal workflows, and change management
- ✓Preferred: working knowledge of project management platforms such as Procore or similar
