About the opportunity
The employer delivers data centers, commercial interiors, healthcare, hospitality and other complex buildings across the United States. Its services span pre-construction planning, construction delivery and closeout, with in-house expertise in MEP, BIM and safety. Within its data-center work, the commissioning team connects the construction process with operational readiness: checking that installed systems meet design and client expectations, coordinating testing, and assembling the information needed for a complete handover.
What you’ll do
- Plan and lead the commissioning process from pre-construction through project completion.
- Coordinate commissioning activities with project teams, specialist subcontractors and clients.
- Manage commissioning schedules and align system testing with project delivery.
- Oversee testing of mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems against design requirements and client expectations.
- Manage handover documentation and coordinate the final turnover of completed systems.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of experience in commissioning, MEP or building services roles.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems.
- Ability to manage commissioning activities from pre-construction through testing and handover.
- An electrical or mechanical engineering degree and experience on data-center or mission-critical projects are preferred.
